What you will do

• Lead and develop the department team through recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, scheduling, and succession planning.
• Analyze sales and budget performance and create plans to improve results, profitability, and customer experience.
• Ensure strong visual and commercial presentation, product availability, garment care, pricing, and fashion knowledge on the sales floor.
• Oversee customer service, fitting room, checkout, returns, exchanges, loyalty app promotion, and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain stockroom and back-of-house standards, follow operational and legal procedures, and manage store opening and closing.
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser team and use in-store omni-channel services and technology such as Click & Collect and Smart Store.
