Salary: $23.56–$27.09 per hour

What you will do

• Lead department operations and support an excellent omni-channel customer experience.
• Analyze sales and budget performance, identify commercial opportunities, and create plans to improve results and profitability.
• Recruit, onboard, schedule, evaluate, coach, and develop store team members.
• Coordinate with Visual Merchandising to deliver strong fashion, visual, and commercial presentations.
• Maintain stock levels, garment flow, fitting room and checkout routines, omni services, and store standards.
• Ensure legal, administrative, opening, closing, health and safety, and operational procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills and willingness to take responsibility for others.
• Effective communication, supportive collaboration, and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work with numbers, manage statistics, and use sales and budget information.
• Achievement-oriented and customer-focused approach, with motivation from performance and competition.
• Availability to work onsite at the Augusta Mall location in Augusta, Georgia.
