Department Manager (Retail)

Location: 100 Robinson Centre Dr, Pittsburgh, PA 15205, USA; onsite, full-time retail role.

Salary: $22.56–$27.09 per hour; non-exempt, hourly.

What you will do

• Lead the department team and create an inclusive, collaborative, performance-focused store environment.
• Manage the omni-channel customer experience, customer service, product promotion, loyalty-app engagement, and sustainability initiatives.
• Analyze sales and budget performance, identify commercial opportunities, and create plans to optimize results and profitability.
• Recruit, onboard, schedule, evaluate, coach, and develop team members, including succession planning.
• Coordinate visual merchandising, fashion presentation, stock levels, garment care, fitting-room and checkout routines, and in-store technology services.
• Maintain store standards, administrative routines, health and safety requirements, and daily opening and closing procedures.
