What you will do
- Organize, assemble, test, install, and configure automated medication dispensing systems.
- Work with hardware, software, and mechanical medical devices in healthcare facilities.
- Review schematics, drawings, documentation, and logistics for installation activities.
- Conduct post-installation checks, record product test data, and follow quality compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with support staff, design engineers, project managers, and healthcare personnel on equipment layout, workflows, timelines, and customer needs.
- Travel to customer locations using a personal vehicle; travel time and mileage are paid.
Requirements
- CESS in French-speaking communities or Getuigschrift van Hoger Secundair Onderwijs in Dutch-speaking Flanders.
- At least one year of related electronics, hardware, software, or mechanical experience.
- English and Dutch or French, depending on regional requirements.
- Basic software and Microsoft operating systems knowledge, with professional communication skills.
- Active, unrestricted driver’s license, personal vehicle, and willingness to travel locally, regionally, and nationally each week.
- Ability to complete hospital vendor credentialing and meet vaccination and immunization requirements; ability to sit and stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Nice to have
- Military veteran experience in electronics-related MOS.
- Ability to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision.

- Part-time, flexible, per-diem, assignment-based schedule with a typical workload of 16–30 hours per week plus travel time.
