Mgr EHS IM Deliver Beerse / La Louviere (Environmental Health and Safety)

Location: Beerse and La Louvière, Belgium. The role requires 2 days on site in Beerse and 2 days on site in La Louvière each week.

Base pay: €79,800–€137,770 annually.

What you will do

• Own environmental, health and safety management for the Deliver IM operations at the Beerse and La Louvière sites.
• Develop and implement EHS strategies, policies, procedures, objectives, management action plans, and performance scorecards.
• Ensure compliance with federal, Walloon, local, and company EHS requirements and act as the lead during audits, inspections, and site visits.
• Manage warehouse, contractor, environmental, and change-management risks in collaboration with CEVA, JLL, leadership teams, and governmental officials.
• Lead regional EMEA EHS reporting by presenting KPIs, trends, high-risk areas, and critical issues to Deliver IM leadership.
• Guide external EHS support, coach business partners, coordinate training, and lead continuous improvement, resource planning, and budgeting.

Requirements

• Prevention Advisor Level 2 qualification and a professional bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of EHS experience, including experience running EHS programs at warehouse or logistics facilities.
• Fluency in French, Dutch, and English is required.
• Experience identifying, evaluating, and controlling workplace EHS risks, particularly warehouse, contractor, environmental, and 3PL risks.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, influencing, organization, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a matrix environment and lead local EHS professionals and contractors.

Nice to have

• Experience with emergency planning, facility management, performance measurement, process improvement, quality assurance, and learning content design.
• Corporate experience and strong technical credibility in EHS.
