Senior Director, Credit to Cash

Location: North Bethesda, Maryland, United States — Corporate Headquarters

Salary: $163,544–$192,405 annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus and long-term incentive stock awards.

What you will do

• Lead billing, accounts receivable, cash application, collections, and credit teams serving approximately 7,000 franchisees.
• Own billing policies, governance, procedures, internal controls, franchise billing structures, and contractual fee models.
• Design segmented collections strategies and resolution plans for delinquent, disputed, sensitive, and high-value accounts.
• Monitor receivables KPIs, collection forecasts, portfolio risk, billing accuracy, unapplied cash, and bad-debt exposure.
• Partner with Accounting, Legal, IT, Franchise Sales, Franchise Operations, auditors, and senior executives on financial operations and risk decisions.
• Drive automation, process standardization, systems implementation, organizational change, and scalable operational improvements.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of progressive experience in billing, accounts receivable, collections, or invoice-to-cash operations.
• At least 5 years of senior leadership experience building and developing high-performing organizations.
• Experience managing a large, complex receivables portfolio involving thousands of independently owned counterparties.
• Strong knowledge of billing operations, cash application, account reconciliation, credit risk, dispute management, collections, and bad-debt accounting.
• Experience with major ERP, billing, collections, and reporting platforms; Oracle Fusion experience is preferred.
• Experience in a publicly traded company or environment with rigorous financial controls, audit requirements, and SOX compliance.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion.
• Experience driving global transformation initiatives involving automation, process standardization, system implementation, and organizational change.
