Sr. Director, EHS

Location: Neenah, Wisconsin, United States; regular travel to manufacturing and distribution sites across the region or country, with office-based work and on-site engagement in production environments.

What you will do

• Develop and lead the enterprise-wide EHS strategy across all facilities.
• Provide strategic oversight to site-level EHS teams and drive consistent execution and continuous improvement.
• Establish safety performance metrics, dashboards, and accountability systems.
• Lead incident management, investigations, root cause analysis, and systemic corrective actions.
• Oversee OSHA, EPA, and other federal, state, and local regulatory compliance programs.
• Guide sustainability initiatives, assess EHS impacts of business changes, and develop EHS talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive EHS experience, including leadership and team management in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience leading multi-site or enterprise-level EHS programs.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, risk management, compliance frameworks, data analytics, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to travel regularly and work in production environments, including extended periods of walking or standing and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
