What you will do
- Develop and deploy the site's continuous improvement roadmap aligned with business growth and operational priorities.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives improving productivity, quality, cost, capacity, yield, throughput, scrap, labor efficiency, and customer service.
- Drive Lean transformation through value stream mapping, Kaizen events, waste elimination, flow optimization, standard work, visual management, and daily management systems.
- Lead advanced Six Sigma initiatives using DMAIC, DOE, MSA, process capability analysis, regression, hypothesis testing, and SPC.
- Support new product introductions, manufacturing transfers, automation systems, process validation, layout optimization, line balancing, and capacity expansion.
- Coach engineers, project leaders, supervisors, managers, Green Belts, and Black Belts while building continuous improvement capabilities across the site.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 6–8 years of related experience.
- Lean Master Black Belt and Six Sigma Master Black Belt certifications.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional improvement initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Strong manufacturing systems, supply chain, quality systems, analytical, statistical, change management, influencing, and coaching skills.
- Knowledge of GMP, FDA, ISO, QSR, process control, standard cost, productivity, yield, capacity, and profitability metrics.
- Bilingual communication skills are required for the role. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Minitab or equivalent statistical software, Power BI, Visio, and data analytics tools.

- Experience with agile manufacturing, plant operations, CMC, compliance management, ISO 9001, SOPs, quality documentation, and resource management.
- Experience developing others, inclusive leadership, mentorship, systems thinking, and team management.
