Production Superintendent (Automotive Manufacturing)

Location: Monclova, Mexico; onsite at the Technotrim Monclova plant

What you will do

• Lead all assembly operations and coordinate production departments to meet customer shipping schedules, quality targets, staffing needs, and cost objectives.
• Analyze daily operating results and determine material, equipment, and staffing requirements.
• Resolve production problems through cross-functional coordination and follow-up.
• Identify, implement, and verify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Maintain product quality, investigate root causes, initiate corrective actions, and stop production when necessary to prevent quality issues.
• Direct the training, development, performance evaluation, and motivation of production personnel.

Requirements

• Experience with assembly processes and production department coordination.
• Ability to manage production schedules, staffing, operating costs, and customer requirements.
• Knowledge of shop-floor standards including BOS, 5S, policies, procedures, and employee relations activities.
• Ability to identify quality problems, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Ability to ensure compliance with safety procedures and safe working practices.
• Understanding of HSE&E practices and incident reporting responsibilities.
