Data & AI Technology Delivery Manager

Location: Columbus, OH; on-site

Salary: $136,539–$177,503 per year

What you will do

• Partner with the portfolio PMO for Data & AI initiatives, coordinating priorities, governance, demand, investments, approvals, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Provide technology leadership across a complex portfolio by aligning business objectives, data platforms, AI capabilities, solution architecture, and delivery constraints.
• Manage portfolio finances and commercial activities, including budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, labor and vendor spend, statements of work, contracts, and resource plans.
• Lead portfolio reporting and executive communications, maintaining schedules and records and escalating issues affecting scope, schedule, funding, resources, or delivery outcomes.
• Directly manage and develop technology staff while supporting collaboration among operating companies, business units, technology teams, and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related technical field.
• 8 or more years of technology experience.
• Experience with technology portfolio delivery, governance, financial management, risk assessment, and resource planning.
• Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, resolve delivery issues, and communicate with executives and clients.
• Direct supervision experience of 4–6 years is preferred.
