Senior Staff Global Customer Enablement Program Lead (AI)

Location: United States

Salary: $137,000–$235,400 USD base salary per year, depending on pay zone and location.

What you will do

• Define the multi-year global partnership strategy, programs, architecture, and governance.
• Establish the global operating model, rules of engagement, audit mechanisms, and quality metrics.
• Own partner product SKUs, pricing, commercial terms, channel incentives, and the global go-to-market framework.
• Lead partner enablement across curriculum, certification, readiness, and partner-led delivery.
• Coordinate execution across Curriculum and Delivery, Legal, Finance, Commercialization, Training Operations, and GTM Enablement.
• Define and champion AI applications that scale Databricks and partner success across regions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in global partner or channel management, partner sales, or education and training business development.
• Experience in a global enterprise software or cloud company.
• Proven ownership of a global P&L, multi-year strategy, pricing, SKU creation, and channel incentives.
• Expertise in partnership models such as ATPs, GSIs, IP licensing, royalties, governance, rules of engagement, and partner-led delivery systems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority and engage VP, C-suite, and partner leadership.
• Strong knowledge of data and AI, including Lakehouse architecture, with an AI-forward approach to enablement.
