What you will do

• Advise senior leaders on talent, leadership, culture, organizational effectiveness, and workforce strategy.
• Align talent and organizational strategies with business priorities using workforce data, insight, and judgment.
• Help leaders redesign work and manage transformation driven by AI, automation, and changing business needs.
• Coach leaders, strengthen succession readiness, improve team effectiveness, and develop talent.
• Partner with recruiting, compensation, learning, communications, workforce analytics, and employee experience functions to deliver integrated solutions.
• Lead organizational change and use cross-functional partnerships to improve workforce planning and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience influencing and coaching senior leaders while solving complex business challenges.
• Proven success leading change, improving team effectiveness, and driving organizational outcomes.
• Strong business acumen, executive presence, analytical capability, and practical execution skills.
• Curiosity about AI, automation, and the future of work, combined with sound judgment and a collaborative approach.
• JD, MBA, advanced degree, or relevant professional certifications are valued but not required.
