Simplii Financial Personal Banking Representative (12 Months Contract)

Location: Halifax, 1809 Barrington St; must be located within 2 hours of the primary location for the Agent@Home program. Remote work is available when program requirements are met, with occasional onsite attendance.

Start date: November 23, 2026. Expected end date: November 22, 2027. The contact centre operates Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 1:00 AM, and availability must be flexible within these hours.

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients calling with banking questions and requests.
• Support clients with managing their accounts and products.
• Listen to client needs, resolve issues, and take ownership of problems through to resolution.
• Build relationships and create meaningful client interactions.
• Explain Simplii Financial products and connect clients with the appropriate contacts.
• Identify opportunities and recommend banking products and solutions that support clients’ financial goals.

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• For Agent@Home work, must be located within 2 hours of 1809 Barrington St, Halifax, Nova Scotia.
• Ability to work independently in a secure room or office with a closing door and limited noise or distractions.
• Wired internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
• Satellite internet cannot be used.
• Client-focused communication, relationship-building, product knowledge, problem solving, and customer service skills.
