Sr. Project Manager (AI): Leading end-to-end enterprise SaaS deployments for Dialpad customers with an accent on implementation planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and AI-powered capabilities. Focus on managing complex multi-phase projects, resolving escalations and blockers, coordinating integrations and device provisioning, and transitioning customers into long-term adoption.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end deployment projects for Enterprise customers from kickoff through launch, adoption, and transition to ongoing success.
- Manage project scope, plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, project hours, deliverables, and changes across multiple concurrent implementations.
- Lead customer meetings, establish accountability, and communicate implementation status, risks, solutions, tradeoffs, and escalation paths to executives and internal leadership.
- Coordinate product, feature, integration, AI capability, and device provisioning deployments with technical teams and Solution Architects.
- Deliver administrator training and troubleshoot complex implementation issues.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Account Management, Support, Product, Sales, and other stakeholders to achieve customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience with SaaS products and implementations.
- 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS, telecommunications, or Enterprise SaaS.
- Experience leading complex, multi-phase Enterprise SaaS implementations for Fortune 1000 or similarly complex organizations.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent customer projects with strong governance, documentation, and attention to detail.
- Experience leading executive-level customer conversations and consulting with C-level executives and senior leadership.
- Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management platforms, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Jira, and other cloud-based business platforms.
