hirify.global's Facilities Operations team maintains the infrastructure and technical systems supporting advanced technology facilities, operational reliability, and environmental compliance.

What you will do

• Assemble, test, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning systems using appropriate spare parts and servicing techniques.
• Operate and maintain medium-voltage electrical systems and implement reliability improvements.
• Inspect electrical systems, identify hazards, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Test generators, backup systems, switchgear, panel boards, wiring, plugs, and related equipment.
• Document and escalate issues, recommend reliability improvements, and commission new facilities equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 0–4 years of relevant experience, Associate's degree with 3–6 years, or high school diploma with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Active Oregon journeyman electrician license or reciprocal journeyman license from Arkansas, Idaho, Maine, Montana, Utah, or Wyoming.
• Intermediate knowledge of medium-voltage electrical systems, electrical safety codes, and regulations.
• Experience assembling, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical wiring, appliances, and equipment.
• Experience using testing tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters.
• Ability to work on-site in Hillsboro, Oregon.
