Location: Coraopolis, Pennsylvania; must be located in or willing to relocate to the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area

What you will do
- Own logistics and operational workflow execution for a mail order dispensing pharmacy.
- Manage receiving, staging, storage, inventory movement, replenishment, and outbound packaging support without directly handling medications.
- Design and optimize a safe, scalable facility layout that supports high-throughput operations and reduces bottlenecks.
- Monitor throughput and fulfillment SLAs, adjusting staffing and assignments using real-time performance data.
- Lead inventory forecasting, vendor coordination, ordering, delivery scheduling, cycle counts, and reconciliation audits.
- Manage non-clinical fulfillment staff and partner with pharmacy leadership, Facilities, IT, and Procurement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations.
- Experience optimizing fulfillment operations and implementing technology-driven improvements.
- Strong people management, inventory control, supply logistics, vendor relationship management, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with warehouse systems, productivity dashboards such as Tableau, and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area.
Nice to have
- Experience with central fill pharmacy workflows or pharmaceutical inventory.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
