Head of Supply Planning (S&OP)

What you will do

• Lead scalable supply planning, demand planning, and integrated S&OP strategies across product categories.
• Direct the monthly S&OP process, facilitating alignment across sales, operations, and finance.
• Use data, forecasting, scenario analysis, planning tools, and KPIs to support executive decisions.
• Collaborate with sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, finance, sales, and product management to improve supply chain performance.
• Lead demand and supply scenario planning for new product introductions, launches, and ramp-ups.
• Mentor and develop teams across demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, operations research, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply planning, demand planning, and/or S&OP, including at least 5 years in senior management.
• Experience overseeing integrated planning functions in a relevant industry, such as consumer electronics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and presenting to C-level executives.
• Proven ability to attract, coach, and develop high-performing teams.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree such as an MBA or MS.
• APICS CPIM, CSCP, or IBF forecasting and planning certification.
• Experience with SAP APO, Kinaxis, Oracle, S&OP tools, ERP/MRP platforms, analytics, or scenario modeling tools.
