VP, Fulfillment Planning and Optimization (Logistics)

What you will do

• Own the Sales & Operations Planning process across the fulfillment network and create a unified view of customer demand and required resources.
• Partner with customers and Customer Experience teams to assess order volumes, promotions, launches, seasonality, and other demand drivers.
• Translate forecasts into site-, process-, shift-, and time-specific labor, capacity, equipment, space, procurement, and training requirements.
• Lead readiness program management by defining owners, milestones, dependencies, delivery dates, and escalation paths across support functions.
• Monitor forecasted versus actual inbound and outbound volume, identify the causes of misses, and continuously replan labor and operational resources.
• Build scalable planning processes, models, systems, and teams that improve accuracy and responsiveness as the business grows.

Requirements

• Significant experience owning S&OP, workforce planning, labor planning, capacity planning, or network planning at scale.
• Experience in a complex fulfillment, distribution, retail, manufacturing, or logistics network.
• Deep understanding of how order forecasts translate into labor hours, productivity, equipment, space, training, and operating capacity.
• Experience operating in environments with rapidly shifting demand and immediate operational and financial consequences.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional program management skills, including the ability to challenge assumptions and drive accountability across senior leaders.
• Experience building scalable planning processes, systems, and teams in a rapidly growing business.
