Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner, Global Commercial Strategy (Biotechnology)

Location: Boston, MA; hybrid work up to two days remotely per week or on-site five days per week

Salary: $227,200–$340,800 base salary per year, plus annual bonus and equity awards.

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders across Global Commercial Strategy, U.S. Pricing & Access, Government Affairs, Global Pricing, and HEOR.
• Advise on organization design, talent management, workforce planning, and people strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with Commercial Transformation leadership to execute transformation initiatives and implement new operating models.
• Identify critical roles and support succession planning, leadership development, capability-building, and commercial excellence.
• Coach leaders and support organizational effectiveness and change initiatives using data and insights.
• Coordinate strategic HR priorities with the shared People Advisor responsible for employee relations, performance processes, and daily HR needs.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of HR experience, including HR Business Partner experience in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Experience in organizational design, talent management, and change initiatives.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting commercial, pricing, access, strategy, or value functions is preferred.
• Work in the Boston, MA area under the hybrid or on-site Flex arrangement.
