Shift Manager (Robotics)

Location: Woodland, California, USA; onsite

Salary: $71,000–$97,900 per year, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Lead daily site operations for the robotic material handling system, ensuring safety, quality, and performance.
• Manage hourly and salaried employees, including staffing, training, development, goal setting, and performance reviews.
• Execute operating procedures and implement performance improvements as business conditions change.
• Coach teams through system issues and develop standards, procedures, and documentation for recurring problems.
• Communicate with customer management and hirify.global headquarters while monitoring system trends and contractual KPIs.
• Conduct accident investigations and document findings according to company guidelines.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, industrial automation, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of management and operations experience in manufacturing or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of automation, warehousing, and business processes.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional and cross-facility teams.
• Ability to work independently using maintenance procedures and manuals.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
