Growth Lead (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco; hirify.global Labs works in person in San Francisco.

Salary: $150,000–$300,000 base salary per year, plus equity and performance-based cash compensation.

What you will do

• Own the expert contributor funnel from awareness and application through screening, onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation.
• Build paid and organic acquisition channels, referral loops, and partnerships with universities, professional communities, and specialist job boards.
• Recruit expert contributor cohorts on demand for frontier-lab delivery commitments and improve recruitment speed for future cohorts.
• Benchmark competing compensation platforms and recommend contributor rates and incentives that support network growth and business margins.
• Scale screening, fraud prevention, identity verification, and contributor experience as the network grows.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in growth, marketplace supply, community, or talent acquisition roles with ownership of performance metrics and funnels.
• Direct experience growing a distributed workforce such as contributor, driver, host, freelancer, tutor, or annotator networks.
• Strong interest in frontier model training and the role of expert human data.
• Numbers-first operating style, high agency, and a bias toward action.

Nice to have

• Experience at a human-data or AI training-data company.
• Familiarity with computer vision, robotics, or developer communities.
• Experience contributing to a data platform.
