Growth Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Must be based in or able to work in Brooklyn, New York (Hybrid/On-site)

Salary: $140,000 – $160,000

What you will do

• Define the ideal customer profile (ICP) and establish lead scoring and handoff processes.
• Generate demand through paid acquisition, SEO, content, events, and outbound support.
• Optimize conversion funnels including landing pages, email sequences, and retargeting.
• Align marketing efforts with sales teams through shared definitions and feedback loops.
• Measure pipeline performance and cost per lead to strategically reallocate budgets.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience running paid acquisition across multiple channels.
• Proven track record of building growth channels from scratch.
• Strong understanding of high-quality creative and copy that drives conversions.
• Hands-on experience with conversion measurement, CAC, ROAS, and reporting metrics.
• Must be able to work in-person or hybrid in Brooklyn, New York.
