Full-Stack Engineer (AI)

Location: New York City, on-site

Base salary: $250,000–$315,000 per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Build and launch major product features across the full stack, from design through delivery.
• Develop scalable systems and robust software components with engineers and finance domain experts.
• Improve software reliability and performance.
• Use feedback from users and Customer Success to guide product development.
• Shape AI-powered products and user experiences at the frontier of LLM capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• 5+ years of industry experience and a proven track record in similar roles.
• Extensive knowledge of React and TypeScript.
• Production experience with Python, NextJS, NestJS, TypeScript, Docker, AWS, and Tailwind.
• Experience updating codebases with modern framework features, including RSC and streaming.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, craftsmanship, and ability to deliver projects end-to-end.
