Fullstack Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote-friendly with offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin, and Seoul.

Salary: CA$215,000 – CA$310,000 plus equity.

What you will do

• Build and maintain mission-critical internal tools that support the development of large language models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including ML researchers, annotators, and product managers.
• Develop delightful user-facing products by crafting high-quality code for both browsers and servers.
• Identify and remove engineering roadblocks to increase team velocity.
• Adopt cutting-edge technologies to improve system performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Experience shipping products with a large number of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in the full stack, specifically Next.js, TypeScript, React, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with complex SQL queries.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on documentation and technical design.
• Ability to translate complex needs into clear, understandable explanations.
• Passion for AI and motivation to scale a growing company.
