Fabricating Lead Person (Corrugated Packaging)

Location: Lancaster, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite plant work on second and third shifts

Salary: $28.34 per hour, plus an annual bonus based on plant performance metrics.

What you will do

• Coordinate, facilitate, and implement training programs for machine positions across all shifts.
• Operate fabrication machinery when needed and support crews in achieving quality and production targets.
• Develop and maintain standards for quality, efficiency, production, safety, and manufacturing processes.
• Document machine setup, operation, load forming, training, and production maintenance procedures.
• Assist with production planning, methods, machinery, and safety programs.
• Communicate production problems, findings, and operational risks to supervisors and managers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–3 years of experience as a machine operator.
• Corrugated industry experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work second and third shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.
• Ability to sit, stoop, climb, and bend; commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
