Utilities Line Lead

Location: Clarksville, Tennessee, United States; onsite facilities role

Salary: $24 per hour

What you will do

• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and accessibility compliance.
• Identify maintenance and repair needs across the property and coordinate repairs.
• Schedule repair projects, cleaning routines, and capital improvements.
• Lead maintenance staff and delegate repair, cleaning, and facilities tasks.
• Manage external service contracts and monitor facilities budgets for maintenance, repairs, and supplies.
• Establish and enforce workplace safety and emergency protocols.

Requirements

• At least five years of facility maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Advanced mechanical skills and knowledge of HVAC, boilers, electrical, and other building systems.
• Experience with control room operations, electrical controls, switchgear, breakers, panels, and motors.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform labor-intensive tasks, with strong time management, multitasking, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
