Maintenance Tech (FT)

Location: 230 W Galbraith Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45215, USA; on-site at Evergreen Retirement Community

Salary: $21.00–$22.00 per hour

What you will do

• Complete maintenance work orders throughout the community.
• Perform repairs and prepare apartments before resident move-ins.
• Order and organize maintenance supplies.
• Complete installations and repairs involving plumbing, electrical equipment, carpentry, painting, and general equipment.
• Perform snow removal and landscaping work.

Requirements

• Relevant maintenance experience in areas such as plumbing, electrical work, or HVAC is requested; the posting also states that no experience is necessary.
• General mechanical and/or electrical knowledge is preferred.
• Clear, positive communication and the ability to work independently.
• A self-assured, practical, and proactive approach to repairs and projects.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required unless exempt under applicable medical, religious, or personal-belief exceptions.
