Admissions Advisor (EdTech): Conducting scheduled consultations with inbound applicants for a quantitative finance bootcamp with an accent on applicant assessment, consultative enrollment, and clear communication of tuition and payment options. Location: Remote from Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Peru, or Costa Rica. Availability required Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm US Eastern.
Salary: $2,500 USD base per month, plus commission on collected tuition. On-target earnings are $84,000 USD per year for a full-calendar advisor.

What you will do
- Conduct scheduled 20–35 minute consultations with prospective students.
- Assess applicants’ backgrounds, goals, and readiness, and provide honest guidance on programme fit.
- Explain tuition and payment options and handle objections related to cost, timing, family, and confidence.
- Follow up with undecided applicants, confirm appointments, and respond to questions between calls.
- Keep applicant records and opportunities current in the CRM.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in admissions, enrollment, or education sales with students in the US or Canada.
- A proven record of meeting enrollment or cash targets.
- Strong consultative sales skills, including discovering goals, handling objections, and asking for the decision.
- Fluent, natural English with clear communication for US-based listeners and imperfect connections.
- Availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm US Eastern.
- Professional video equipment, wired broadband with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, and a backup mobile hotspot.
