VP, People Operations & Experience

Location: Ireland; remote role

What you will do

• Define and lead a scalable People Operations and Experience roadmap aligned with global growth and workforce needs.
• Establish operating models, decision rights, service standards, governance, and success metrics across the People function.
• Build enterprise-ready talent management, learning and development, succession, leadership development, manager enablement, and workforce capability practices.
• Advance a technology-enabled People model using automation, AI-enabled workflows, people analytics, data governance, and self-service.
• Lead senior functional leaders and develop Directors and Senior Directors into enterprise-level People leaders.
• Partner with executive, business, IT, Finance, and Legal stakeholders to improve productivity, risk management, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Location: Ireland; remote work arrangement.
• Significant progressive People or HR leadership experience across People Operations, Employee Experience, HR Operations, or HR transformation.
• Strong experience in talent management, learning and development, leadership development, manager enablement, succession planning, talent reviews, or workforce capability building.
• Experience with HR technology, people analytics, workflow automation, digital transformation, or AI-enabled HR practices.
• Experience redesigning operating models, simplifying processes, and building scalable systems.
• Strong executive partnership, change leadership, judgment, transparency, and accountability skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, software, payments, HR technology, professional services, or another technology-enabled business.
• Experience in a PE-backed, global, high-growth, or transformation-heavy environment.
• Familiarity with Workday, HR service delivery, employee relations, Total Rewards, payroll, or job architecture.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled, automated, or analytics-driven People workflows with appropriate controls and human oversight.
