Service Delivery Manager (Healthcare Operations)

What you will do

• Own service delivery performance across assigned sites, including SLAs, quality, cost, throughput, and operational efficiency.
• Lead Supervisors and frontline teams delivering compliant release-of-information services.
• Manage staffing plans, schedules, productivity, skills matrices, and work assignment optimization with Workforce Management.
• Analyze TAT, OTD, quality, and productivity KPIs, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
• Coordinate with the Network Operations Center on aging work, exceptions, workflow disruptions, and operational escalations.
• Support training, employee development, continuous improvement initiatives, and technology adoption.

Requirements

• Experience managing teams in healthcare operations, health information management, or a large-scale production environment.
• Experience coaching and developing people leaders.
• Ability to use metrics and dashboards for operational decision-making.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and regulated workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with release-of-information workflows or EMR systems.
• Experience leading multi-site teams.
• Experience with Lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
