Commercial Counsel (AI)

Location: Fully on-site between the Palo Alto headquarters and San Francisco office, United States

Salary: $190,000–$225,000 annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Structure and close complex enterprise SaaS agreements with Sales and go-to-market teams.
• Build templates, playbooks, and contracting processes that make agreements faster and more scalable.
• Advise business partners directly on commercial contracting matters.
• Guide privacy and data protection in customer relationships.
• Help establish the legal function and define how it supports company growth.

Requirements

• Lawyer with 5+ years of commercial contracting experience.
• Experience owning enterprise SaaS negotiations.
• Ability to advise business partners directly and exercise sound judgment.
• Curiosity about AI and a collaborative approach to solving complex problems.
• Willingness to work fully in person between Palo Alto and San Francisco.
