Clinical Services Supervisor (Mental Health and Psychosocial Support)

Location: Seattle, Washington, USA; hybrid remote and in-office work. Regular travel throughout the service delivery area, with possible evening and weekend work.

Salary: $81,000–$89,100 per year.

What you will do

• Conduct mental health intakes and assessments, develop individual service plans, and deliver evidence-based and evidence-informed interventions.
• Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate mental health and psychosocial support to human trafficking survivors.
• Supervise non-licensed psychosocial support staff and master’s-level practicum interns while ensuring clinical quality and trauma-informed practice.
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 15–20 clients and manage crises, including suicide assessments, safety planning, and mandatory reporting.
• Coordinate care with internal and external providers, including warm hand-offs and interpreter services.
• Deliver psychoeducation and capacity-building initiatives for staff, community partners, and service providers.

Requirements

• Valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Washington State.
• Eligibility for a fingerprint clearance card under Washington State law.
• Valid driver’s license, active insurance policy, and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• At least three years of experience with therapeutic intake, assessment, service planning, treatment reviews, and case closures.
• At least two years of experience delivering evidence-based, evidence-informed, or best-practice interventions and at least one year of supervisory experience.
