Counselor Supervisor (Addiction Treatment)

Location: Mobile, Alabama, USA — fully on-site, Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:00 PM

Salary: $60,000–$75,000 annually plus bonus potential

What you will do

• Provide clinical leadership, coaching, and ongoing supervision to counselors.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions and complete required counseling services.
• Develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee case management, coordinated care, community-provider collaboration, and crisis response.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, conduct peer chart reviews, and monitor service quality and compliance.
• Lead supervision and treatment-team meetings, deliver training, and support counselor licensure and career development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field with at least three years of post-master’s experience, or an active professional license or certification.
• Compliance with federal and state requirements for certification, licensure, and education.
• Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment, counseling techniques, and treatment planning.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment with exposure to patients with substance use disorders, mental health conditions, infectious diseases, and potential bloodborne pathogens.
• Ability to work fully on-site in Mobile, Alabama, from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
