Staff Business Process Analyst (AI)

Salary: $173,000–$259,400 USD base pay per year

What you will do

• Analyze complex cross-functional business processes, identify root causes, and remove friction and unnecessary work.
• Design future-state processes, operating models, workflows, decision points, and implementation plans.
• Identify opportunities for workflow automation, system integration, and AI-enabled operational improvements.
• Improve the use, integration, and standardization of existing delivery and workflow platforms.
• Partner with teams and senior leaders to implement new ways of working and drive adoption.
• Define success measures and use data and feedback to improve efficiency, quality, cycle time, visibility, and stakeholder experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business process analysis, business transformation, operational excellence, program management, management consulting, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional process transformation from discovery through implementation and adoption.
• Strong expertise in process analysis, root-cause analysis, requirements discovery, future-state design, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to connect people, process, data, governance, and technology through systems thinking.
• Experience using workflow automation and technology to improve business outcomes.
• Exceptional facilitation, communication, and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience with BPMN, SIPOC, value-stream mapping, Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, or similar process improvement methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, OnePlan, ServiceNow, Wrike, Power Platform, or similar workflow, portfolio, or delivery platforms.
• Experience applying Generative AI, Agentic AI, or intelligent automation to business processes.
• Experience designing scalable operating models, governance frameworks, or enterprise process capabilities within large technology organizations.
