HR Technology Lead (SAP SuccessFactors)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of two HR systems professionals.
• Own and manage the SAP SuccessFactors platform, including configuration, testing, releases, upgrades, security, and compliance.
• Oversee integrations with payroll, finance, company secretariat, recruitment, and learning platforms.
• Lead HR technology projects and enhancements from requirements definition through implementation.
• Manage vendors, implementation partners, consultants, project plans, budgets, and delivery outcomes.
• Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, business leaders, and suppliers on HR technology strategy and transformation.

Requirements

• Significant experience managing SAP SuccessFactors in a complex organization.
• Previous people management experience, including leading HRIS teams.
• Proven delivery of HR systems projects and transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, HR technology, integrations, testing, release management, and change control.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of GDPR, data protection, access management, data security, system governance, and audit requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central, Smart Recruiters, Onboarding, and Learning.
• EC Payroll experience.
• Experience in an international or matrix organization.
• Knowledge of HR data analytics and reporting tools.
