Senior Data Analyst (Databricks)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; US citizenship required to attain and maintain DHS clearance.

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually.

What you will do

• Support program management, data analytics, reporting, and data calls for DHS Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
• Use Databricks, SQL, and Python to integrate data from multiple sources and track data lineage.
• Develop dashboards, organizational data views, recurring reports, and real-time responses to customer requests.
• Analyze client needs, issues, requirements, and project data; perform gap analysis and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, track project progress and metrics, and produce compliant project deliverables.
• Translate complex information into clear documentation and concise narratives for business and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in data analysis.
• Experience with Databricks.
• Experience with Python and/or SQL development.
• US citizenship and the ability to attain and maintain DHS clearance are required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
