Senior Data Analyst (Medical Affairs)

Location: Remote

Salary: $125,000–$142,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with Medical Affairs, Quality, Product, and clinical leadership to define and evolve KPIs for clinical outcomes and provider quality.
• Build, document, and maintain dashboards and data visualizations in Omni, Hex, or similar business intelligence tools.
• Conduct exploratory and ad-hoc analyses to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for clinical and operational improvement.
• Contribute to dbt models and data integrity initiatives that support consistent, scalable reporting.
• Partner with data science, analytics engineering, product, and engineering teams to improve access to data and investigate major trends.
• Train downstream users, document data products, and communicate project progress, priorities, and dependencies to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with data, data visualization, and dashboarding tools.
• Expert SQL skills and familiarity with dbt or similar data transformation tools.
• Experience creating data models and dashboards with Omni, Hex, Tableau, or comparable tools.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to clinicians, non-technical users, and executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience working independently, managing priorities across multiple stakeholders, and navigating ambiguous problem areas.
• Interest in AI-assisted analytics, LLMs, automation tools, and key machine learning concepts.
