Data Analyst - 2026/2027 Graduates (AI)

Location: Hybrid; candidates must reside within reasonable proximity to a hirify.global Center of Excellence in Stamford, CT or Irving, TX. U.S. work authorization is required.

Salary: $59,000–$78,000 base salary annually, plus an eligible annual bonus.

What you will do

• Analyze product performance, client interactions, research content, conferences, events, staffing, costs, and client demand.
• Deliver actionable insights, dashboards, standard reports, and executive presentations for BTI and GPM stakeholders.
• Own analytical projects, including planning, rollout plans, success criteria, metrics, and delivery.
• Apply statistical analysis, machine learning, AI, and LLM tools to real business problems.
• Assist with data pipelines and large-scale client data management in collaboration with data engineering and IT teams.
• Improve data quality, reporting tools, analytical processes, and validation methodologies.

Requirements

• Graduation in 2026 or 2027 and a bachelor's degree, preferably in statistics, data science, mathematics, engineering, operations research, computer science, or economics.
• Internship or academic experience analyzing large volumes of data with analytical tools.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; intermediate SQL and Python or R skills.
• Strong problem-solving, data storytelling, verbal and written communication, collaboration, and independent working skills.
• Power BI experience is preferred.
• Must reside near the Stamford, CT or Irving, TX office locations and have U.S. work authorization.
