Technical Program Manager III - New Glenn (Aerospace)

Location: Space Coast, Florida, United States; ability to travel within the U.S. and abroad is required.

hirify.global develops reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems, including the New Glenn heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle.

What you will do

• Own complete projects or work scopes end to end, including schedules, work breakdown structures, resource plans, risk registers, and mitigation plans.
• Support vehicle pedigree review planning for New Glenn manufacturing, assembly, inspection, testing, configuration, and mission readiness.
• Manage U.S. government program resources, budgets, schedules, customer requirements, and deliverables.
• Lead customer-facing meetings, manufacturing audits, program reviews, and planning sessions with government partners and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, configuration management, suppliers, and program teams.
• Prepare executive reporting on readiness, escalations, support needs, and program outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary, fast-paced programs or projects.
• 5+ years of industry experience in an aerospace quality and manufacturing environment.
• Expertise with Confluence and JIRA, plus experience with systems engineering tools such as DOORS and configuration management tools such as Windchill.
• Experience managing multidimensional manufacturing, quality, configuration, calibration, procedure, and equipment records.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted U.S. refugee or asylee.

Nice to have

• Top Secret clearance.
• Experience with launch vehicle development and certification.
• Experience working with government customers.
• Experience assembling and integrating spacecraft or launch vehicles.
