What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of programs valued up to $50M with responsibility for cost, schedule, technical performance, and resource management.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, performance metrics, and corrective actions.
• Lead management reviews, financial coordination, monthly reporting, and data-informed process improvements.
• Negotiate customer contracts and develop proposals aligned with the program portfolio.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing contact, communicating program status, risks, issues, and reports.
• Mentor junior managers and coordinate with engineering, finance, supply chain, and operations.

Requirements

• Engineering degree required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience, or master’s degree with 6+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated program management experience covering planning, execution, resource management, budgets, schedules, and technical objectives.
• Experience with contract negotiation, proposal development, risk management, and mitigation strategies.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana, and data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong communication, teamwork, judgment, prioritization, and mentoring skills.

Nice to have

• Senior-level project management certification such as PfMP.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle, systems engineering, supply chain management, and logistics.
• Experience with complex data analysis, KPI reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
