Senior Associate Commercial Loan Servicing (Commercial Banking)

What you will do

• Support back-office operations for commercial loan and letter-of-credit products, including new loans, modifications, and extensions.
• Interpret credit agreements and perform loan and fee accrual calculations.
• Complete ongoing and ad hoc reconciliations, remediation, complex transactions, and issue research.
• Resolve escalated operational issues and take corrective action when required.
• Lead the loan operations unit or team in the manager’s absence and provide procedural guidance to less experienced staff.
• Train new employees and recommend improvements to policies, procedures, and workflows.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial loan operations.
• Strong knowledge of syndicated and commercial loan products, markets, banking regulations, and standard practices.
• Ability to review and interpret legal documentation supporting commercial lending products.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, deadline management, and Microsoft Office skills.
