Loan Support Associate (Equipment Finance Cash and Funding - Commercial Lending & Leasing)

Location: In-office in Cincinnati, Ohio, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern Time

Base salary: $33,750–$56,250 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Collect, scan, review, and post physical checks and other cash receipts for equipment finance loan and lease portfolios.
• Research unapplied, unidentified, rejected, or incomplete payments and resolve payment exceptions.
• Use LeaseWave and InfoWave to process individual and bulk transactions, investigate discrepancies, and reconcile account activity.
• Review remittance information and supporting documentation, match payments to customer accounts, and resolve missing details with Collectors and Account Managers.
• Manage payment-related inquiries through a centralized mailbox and complete daily operational reports.
• Process approximately 200 payments per day while meeting established service levels and accuracy requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in payment processing, cash application, loan servicing, banking operations, financial services, or a related field.
• Typically less than one year of related experience; no university degree is required.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems, manage priorities, and work accurately in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment.
• Basic Excel proficiency, including filtering and sorting data, is beneficial.
• Must work in the Cincinnati office during core hours of 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET.
