Senior Associate, Construction Loan Servicing, Jericho N.Y.

Location: NY LI Jericho, United States. Full-time, onsite role. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Base pay: $52,500–$90,000 USD annualized.

What you will do

• Process booking, servicing, funding, payments, and maintenance for commercial loans and letters of credit.
• Research and respond to commercial loan requests from supported business areas.
• Analyze payment histories, loan balances, credit agreements, loan notes, forbearance agreements, and modifications.
• Execute dollar transactions, collateral setup and maintenance, general ledger balancing, and quality reviews.
• Investigate error reports, payment logs, and incoming wire transfers.
• Maintain complete documentation for internal and external audits and resolve issues within established guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience, training, military service, or education.
• 3+ years of experience with company documentation and banking operations.
• Working knowledge of commercial banking, syndicated and commercial loan products, lending policies, credit analysis, underwriting, and structuring.
• Strong organizational, communication, customer service, judgment, and deadline-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and banking systems.
• Legal authorization to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship is required.
