Human Resources Business Partner Senior Director (Data/Technology/AI)

Location: Boston, MA, United States. Hybrid work is available up to two days remotely per week, or the role may be performed on-site five days per week.

Salary: $227,200–$340,800 base salary per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus and annual equity awards.

What you will do

• Partner with the Chief Digital & Information Officer and Data, Technology & AI leadership to translate business and technology strategy into an integrated people agenda.
• Lead organizational transformation, operating model evolution, change adoption, governance, and ways of working across the enterprise.
• Design organizational structures, role architectures, leadership interfaces, spans and layers, and operating mechanisms that improve accountability and delivery.
• Own enterprise talent strategy, strategic workforce planning, succession planning, capability development, internal mobility, and build/buy/borrow approaches.
• Coach senior leaders and facilitate leadership team development, talent reviews, and succession discussions.
• Use data, analytics, and AI to improve talent intelligence, HR decision support, workflow automation, and organizational outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of progressive HR experience, or equivalent experience.
• Experience partnering with Data, Technology, Engineering, Product, AI/Analytics, Cybersecurity, or other highly technical organizations.
• Strong understanding of Data, Technology & AI operating models and the organizational impact of AI-driven transformation.
• Advanced expertise in organizational effectiveness, change leadership, culture shaping, organization design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Demonstrated ability to use data, analytics, and AI in HR workflows to inform decisions and improve productivity and quality.
• Ability to influence senior executives, connect people decisions to measurable business outcomes, and operate effectively in complex, fast-moving environments.
