Project Manager, PCS (Clinical Research)

Location: Brazil or Mexico; remote or office-based work available.

What you will do

• Coordinate and deliver regional and global cross-functional clinical research consultancy projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, resource requirements, deliverables, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, implementation, issue resolution, and completion across matrix teams.
• Build effective relationships with clients, suppliers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
• Provide project management input for new business proposals and bid-defence meetings.
• Drive process improvements, delivery efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a CRO, central laboratory environment, or extensive clinical laboratory experience.
• Degree in life sciences, health economics and outcomes research, epidemiology, business, statistics, economics, project management, or a related discipline.
• Fluent English in both oral and written communication is required.
• Experience with project planning, resource management, risk management, negotiation, conflict management, and tight delivery schedules.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with the ability to present to internal groups and external clients.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries, IRB/Ethics committees, data privacy, Sunshine Act transparency, SOPs, and Agile and PMBOK methodologies.
