What you will do
- Act as the primary client liaison during clinical trial laboratory setup.
- Complete and maintain accurate Laboratory Specifications Documents using study protocols, client requests, internal standards, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate setup timelines and communicate decisions or changes with project managers and internal clinical research teams.
- Oversee database configuration, client approval of Laboratory Manuals and Requisitions, and sourcing of visit-specific trial materials.
- Guide clients through setup, identify study risks, and participate in risk assessments and operational meetings.
- Develop solutions and best practices for new and complex laboratory protocol requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, clinical research, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Understanding of clinical trial processes and laboratory testing.
- Experience interpreting study protocols, regulatory requirements, and GCP guidelines.
- At least 1 year of experience in a clinical trial environment, such as project management, site coordination, or database configuration.
- Strong organizational, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
