Patient Recruitment Specialist (Clinical Research)

Location: Remote, based in Mexico City, Mexico

What you will do

• Coordinate patient recruitment and retention deliverables for assigned clinical studies.
• Manage translations, printing, shipping, and delivery of patient-facing and study materials across multiple countries.
• Prepare country-specific regulatory submission packages and coordinate delivery to Regulatory teams.
• Track study timelines, milestones, deliverables, and recruitment activities using Smartsheet or similar tools.
• Maintain study data and documentation in designated systems, including eTMF/Wingspan, ensuring quality and audit readiness.
• Support financial reporting, training activities, risk identification, and communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in life sciences.
• Approximately 2 years of clinical research experience in a site or CRO environment.
• Good command of English; English proficiency will be assessed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, plus data analysis and presentation tools.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain effective relationships with coworkers, managers, clients, and vendors.
