Plant Manager (Industrial Gas Manufacturing)

Location: Shinnston, West Virginia, United States; onsite plant role. Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with extended hours as needed. Candidates must have valid U.S. employment authorization and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.

What you will do

• Oversee daily plant operations for pumping and repackaging compressed and liquid gases into cylinders.
• Plan production schedules, determine staffing needs, adjust work procedures, and manage overtime.
• Monitor equipment, production reports, product quality, maintenance issues, operating costs, and resource utilization.
• Lead safety programs, training, inspections, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise, coach, train, and develop associates and subordinate supervisors in collaboration with HR.
• Maintain production records, cylinder audits, shipping documentation, and month-end reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus three to five years of related experience and/or training.
• At least five years of supervisory experience.
• Valid U.S. employment authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to become forklift certified.
• Good computer skills and ability to read and understand Safety Data Sheets and other written communications.

Nice to have

• Prior forklift experience.
• Prior SAP experience.
• Strong communication and people skills, flexibility, and openness to new ideas.
