Manufacturing Supervisor Night Shift (MedTech)

Location: Jacksonville, Florida, United States of America; onsite night shift from 6pm to 6am, including regular weekends

What you will do

• Supervise manufacturing staff and manage performance in Optical Tooling and Mold Servicing operations.
• Lead production performance across safety, quality, cost, schedule, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Coordinate the resolution of operational, manufacturing, maintenance, and facilities issues.
• Conduct Gemba walks and maintain audit and compliance readiness.
• Set personnel schedules and product lines based on business needs.
• Collaborate with Safety, Quality, Manufacturing, Planning, Engineering, and Facilities teams.

Requirements

• Vocational or technical certificate, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of manufacturing experience and at least 2 years of frontline supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead in an empowered team environment and communicate effectively with associates and management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts from 6pm to 6am, including weekends, on a regular basis.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety, quality assurance, supply chain, plant operations, and process control.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of relevant supply chain experience and 4+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with ISO, FDA, and GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.
• Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification.
• Knowledge of timekeeping, predictive maintenance, and workflow management.
