Accounts Payable Coordinator

What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process.
• Perform three-way invoice matching and review invoices and employee expense reports for accuracy and approval.
• Code, enter, and post invoices in Syteline ERP.
• Prepare weekly cheques and bank wire payments and process online bank transfers.
• Support interim and annual internal and external audits.
• Assist with month-end processes and other assigned accounting duties.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of accounts payable experience in a multi-company, multi-currency environment.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and validate and enter data on a computer.

Nice to have

• Certification or diploma in a related field.
• Experience with ERP systems, SOX, or internal controls.
